THE WINE: This rosé displays a salmon pink colour. The nose shows aromas of ripe strawberry and raspberry accompany a fine sparkling bead, finishing with bright strawberry, forest fruits and plenty of zest.

FOOD MATCHES: A great accompaniment for chocolate covered strawberries, creamy chicken risotto or smoky pork ribs.
