The Waterstone Bridge range represents excellent value varietal wines. Parcels of white grape varieties are sourced from cool climate Victorian vineyards, to produce wine of flavour and freshness. To achieve a balance of richness and elegance required from vintage to vintage, the range of red wines are sourced from Victorian vineyards.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
2019

VINEYARD REGION: Victoria
THE WINE: This wine displays a deep garnet colour. The nose is brimming with intense blackcurrant aromas, leading to a rich, ripe palate of plums and berries. This Cabernet Sauvignon is very approachable, not overly complex, with a lovely suppleness and generosity of fruit.

CHARDONNAY
2022

VINEYARD REGION: Victoria
THE WINE: This wine displays a light green colour, similar to fresh cut hay. The nose shows aromas of stonefruit and melon. These aromas lead to a palate with elegant flavours of white peach, melon and limey citrus. These flavours are beautifully balanced by subtle oak and a soft, clean finish which lingers on the palate.

THE WINE: Vibrant fresh fruit aromas lead to a soft, creamy palate perfectly balanced by intense lemon zest flavours and a clean refreshing finish.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
2022

VINEYARD REGION: Victoria
THE WINE: This wine displays a pale yellow colour with slightly green hues. The nose shows lifted herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas. These aromas lead to a lively palate bursting with typical varietal flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry with citrus notes. A fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with a crisp, dry finish.

SHIRAZ
2020

VINEYARD REGION: Victoria
THE WINE: This wine displays dark cherry colour. The nose shows lifted berry fruit and peppery spice aromas. These aromas lead to a full, rich palate bursting with ripe cherry and blackberry, while subtle oak provides a soft, silky finish.
