THE WINE: Aromas of paw paw, spicy basil and toast lead to a richly textured wine with creamy oak complexity.

Exotic tropical fruits, fresh peeled almonds, spicy oak and weighty like Chardonnay.  Fiano was called Apiana in Latin, because bees are attracted to its richly aromatic fruit.

FOOD MATCHES: Fantastic with white meats, roasted summer vegetables, oil based pasta dishes.
