VINEYARD REGION: King Valley

THE WINE: A truly unique sparkling red and the first of its kind in Australia. This wine displays a deep crimson colour. The nose shows layers of black mulberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, with a floral lift and hint of spicy oak. The wine is rich, vibrant and fruit sweet with a popping effervescence and a creamy mousse.

FOOD MATCHES: Excellent with a traditional roast turkey, also a truly luxurious aperitif.
