VINEYARD REGION: King Valley
THE WINE: This wine displays a bright pale straw colour with green hues. The nose shows lovely peach, nectarine and floral aromas. These aromas lead to a full, juicy palate brimming with vibrant stonefruit and citrus. Partial fermentation in French oak barriques has added some subtle toasty complexity, carefully balanced with hints of toasty oak. This expressive Chardonnay has a long, soft and elegant finish.
FOOD MATCHES: Try with pan fried whiting and fresh green salad. Also a great partner for pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce.
