The new vintage Sauvignon Blanc has enticing aromas of passionfruit, green apple and lime, complemented by gooseberry, grassy and blackcurrant leaf notes. Ripe flavours of passionfruit, green apple and citrus drive a palate that is concentrated and elegant. The fresh and intense flavours coupled with crisp acidity provide a long, dry, and persistent finish. An excellent match with pan-seared snapper and grilled asparagus.
