VINEYARD REGION: King Valley

THE WINE: Our Pinot Grigio has been made to reflect the Italian expression of this grape variety. The nose offers up an abundance of Nashi pear, green apple, citrus skin and ginger root. The vibrant palate displays flavours of Nashi pear, green apple and fresh almonds with subtle white flower and quince notes. The bright acid backbone complements the refined fruit leading to a crisp, balanced finish.

FOOD MATCHES: Enjoy this wine with Risotto Primavera.
