VINEYARD REGION: Victoria

THE WINE: The wine shows a vibrant pink lustre accompanied by a fragrance of wild strawberry, red currants and leafy autumnal earthiness. The palate displays pure forest fruit flavours lifted by fresh fruit intensity and satisfying savoury finish.

Excellent as an aperitif or with mildly flavoured meats like fresh tuna, salmon, ham and veal.

FOOD MATCHES: Enjoy with pan seared Salman with lemon garlic cream sauce.
