VINEYARD REGION: Alpine Valleys

THE WINE: This wine displays a deep inky red colour. The nose shows juicy blackberry and blackcurrant aromas and flavours, coupled with a fine yet firm tannic grip. The cool climate complexity manifests itself in flavours of marjoram, tarragon and lavender. This wine is weighty and robust.

FOOD MATCHES: Moroccan tajine, Greek slow roasted leg of goat, or Turkish Iskender Kebab.

WINE ANALYSIS: Alc/Vol 15%  -  PH 3.57  -  TA 6.45
