Competition Terms and Conditions
Legal Entity:
"Victorian Alps Wine Co." represents Victorian Alps Wine Company Pty Ltd, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.
Eligibility:
1.1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, agents, family members, suppliers, or associated businesses of Victorian Alps Wine Co. are not eligible to participate.
Entry:
2.1. One entry into the competition will be granted for each purchase of The Buffalo Explorer 6-Pack.
Prize Details:
3.1. The prize consists of 2 nights accommodation for 2 people in a Garden Sunset Room and breakfast in Restaurant Merlot at Lancemore Milawa, valued at $948. Accommodation is subject to availability and valid on Friday and Saturdays. Cancellation can be made free of charge up until 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation total. The accommodation must be taken within 12 months of the prize being awarded.
3.2.1. Prize is for bed & breakfast only. Travel and other meals are not included in the prize. Winner is responsible for transport to and from the accommodation and any other associated expenses.
3.2.2. Victorian Alps Wine Co. shall not be held responsible for any accommodation-related issues. Once the accommodation voucher is dispatched to the winner, any subsequent issues or discrepancies with the accommodation are beyond our control and responsibility.
3.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or substituted by the winner.
Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be drawn from all eligible entries by Victorian Alps Wine Co CEO Andrew Santarossa on Tuesday 14th May 2024. The decision is final and binding.
4.2. Victorian Alps Wine Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
4.3. The winner will be contacted via phone and email and published on the Victorian Alps Wine Co. website on Friday 17 May.
4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Victorian Alps Wine Co. reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
5.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2. All entrants agree to be contacted by Victorian Alps Wine Company Pty Ltd trading as “Victorian Alps Wine Co.” in the case of being a winning entry.
Governing Law:
6.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Publicity:
7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to this competition.
7.2 All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Victorian Alps Wine Company Pty Ltd trading as “Victorian Alps Wine Co.” who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received on their Social Media accounts.
Data Protection:
8.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
8.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
No Association with Social Networks:
10.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.
10.2. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Victorian Alps Wine Company Pty Ltd trading as “Victorian Alps Wine Co.” and not to any other party.
