A fan of Heathcote Shiraz? Introducing our new vintage 2022 Limited Release Shiraz. A specially selected yeast was used to bring out the varietal characteristics of this high-quality Heathcote Shiraz. Malolactic fermentation on yeast lees has created volume and mouth feel while 18 months of maturation in a combination of different vessels has increased palate weight and richness. The wine has a deep crimson colour. The nose is filled with aromas of ripe plum, dark cherries, roasted capsicum and mocha. The flavours carry on to the palate, which is full of intense berry fruit, finely structured, with dark toasty oak and a long persistent finish.
